We are advising Convey Health Solutions on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising Convey Health Solutions Holdings, Inc. on its $77.5 million acquisition of HealthSmart International, with up to $15 million of additional cash payable if HealthSmart achieves certain 2022 revenue targets. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
