Exelon may enter into forward sale transactions under the at-the-market program

Davis Polk advised the forward sellers and the forward purchasers in connection with the forward sale component of the SEC-registered at-the-market offering program by Exelon Corporation under which Exelon may issue and sell shares of its common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $1 billion. 

Exelon is a utility services holding company engaged in the generation, delivery and marketing of energy.
