We are advising Signature on the acquisition of substantially all of its deposits and certain assets by the NYCB subsidiary

Davis Polk advised Signature Bridge Bank, N.A. on various legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters related to its creation, operation and exit from bridge bank status. 

The Davis Polk team was led by Margaret E. Tahyar, head of the firm’s financial institutions practice, and financial institutions partner Gabriel D. Rosenberg.
