As Pro Bono Attorney for Corporate & Transactional Matters, Jillian works with lawyers across the firm to advise nonprofits, small businesses and entrepreneurs in a wide range of transactional, corporate and financial matters, and manages the firm’s pro bono senior law and transgender name change practices. Jillian also focuses on communication and outreach, to create opportunities for attorneys to take on meaningful pro bono work that aligns with their interests and hones their legal and professional skills.

Jillian began her career as a corporate associate at Davis Polk, and then spent over 20 years in senior positions in legal, compliance and risk management at multiple financial services firms. In 2020 she pivoted to nonprofit work, representing nonprofits at a boutique law firm before rejoining Davis Polk. Jillian serves on the board of nonprofit Service Providers for Older People (SPOP) and assists in an English to Speakers of Other Languages class for adult learners at CUNY.
