He advises financial institutions in connection with offerings of a variety of structured products, including equity-, commodity- and currency-linked notes and certificates of deposit. He also has extensive experience in the development of new financial products, including proprietary indices and exchange-traded notes. He routinely advises on SEC, FINRA and other regulatory matters relating to structured products and new product development.
