Matthew’s practice focuses on providing transactional, regulatory and compliance advice relating to investment advisers, mutual funds, closed-end funds, business development companies and exchange-traded funds. He also regularly provides advice regarding the structuring, launch and operation of registered investment companies. In addition, he advises financial institutions, fund sponsors, corporations and other entities regarding exemptions under the Investment Company Act.
