Nick’s representations before joining Davis Polk include the following:

  • An administrative agent and lenders in connection with a $950 million unitranche facility used to finance a private equity sponsor’s acquisition of a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions (and subsequent add-on acquisitions by such target)
  • An administrative agent and lenders in connection with a $788 million unitranche facility used to finance an add-on acquisition by an OEM parts provider
  • An administrative agent and lenders in connection with a $75 million recurring revenue growth financing provided to a global software provider specializing in business process automation
  • An administrative agent, collateral agent and lenders in connection with a broadly syndicated $315 million first-lien credit facility used to fund, in part, a private equity sponsor’s acquisition of an application development platform
