Nora, a senior counsel, was head of our Investment Management practice for over 20 years. She is currently an independent director on the board of a Fortune 500 public company where she serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.

At Davis Polk, Nora’s practice focused on advising hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, and the managers and directors who oversee them. She worked on numerous internal and SEC investigations involving asset managers, as well as acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings of asset managers. She served on numerous Davis Polk committees, including the Compensation and Recruiting Committees.

Nora is the vice chair of the board of the American Skin Association and serves on the advisory board of the Global Financial Markets Center at Duke Law School. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
