Davis Polk represented former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Deputy Director David Cohen in their various appearances before congressional committees investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election.  We continue to represent them in connection with an ongoing investigation started by United States Attorney John Durham into intelligence activities relating to Russian election interference.
