Stephen advises clients on a wide array of U.S. and international restructuring matters. He represents companies, agent banks, indenture trustees, ad hoc groups and strategic partners in both in-court and out-of-court transactions, including prepackaged and traditional chapter 11 cases, DIP financing and cross-border restructurings. Stephen has experience in a variety of industries, including aviation, energy, telecommunications, media, consumer products and retail.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephen clerked for the Hon. Barbara J. Houser of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
