He serves clients across industries including financial, grocery, energy, retail, shipping, space and telecommunications, manufacturing, recycling and waste handling equipment, automotive, airline, cable and broadcasting, gambling, resort, medical supplies, healthcare, senior care, pharmaceutical, chemical and project finance.

Steve has advised chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official and ad hoc committees of creditors, investors, borrowers, agents for lender syndicates, indenture trustees, special servicers, large debt holders, acquirers of assets of distressed companies, plan sponsors, plan administrators, purchasers and sellers of claims against chapter 11 debtors, landlords, and financial and other consultants.
